Order Processing
All of our seasonings are handcrafted and packed with care. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or limited releases.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If you are located outside of our current shipping area and are interested in placing an order, please contact us directly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Holy G BBQ is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Holy G BBQ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue.
