At Holy G BBQ, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every handcrafted seasoning. Due to the nature of food products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns.
No Returns
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products once they have left our facility.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to help.
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

You must include clear photos of the damaged items and packaging

Requests must be submitted to [your email address]
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.
What Is Not Covered
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Orders reported after 48 hours

Damage caused after delivery

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Normal variation in seasoning color or texture due to small-batch production
